At this stage, psychological and social work sessions are offered, both individually and as a group for a period of 6 months.

Empowering your future

The final stage consists in developing the labor skills of the participants during 2 months, 4 hours a week divided between theory and practice in an

equitable way.

Empowering your life

During 8 weeks, aspects such as:

- Sex education

- Communicative skills

- Building trust and self-knowledge

WE HAVE ACCOMPANIED AND CONTRIBUTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF MORE THAN 471 WOMEN IN THE LAST 5 YEARS

Árbol De Esperanza  uses the programs created by Ready To Empower in an effort to restore hope and self-sufficiency of women at social risk.

Phase 1: Empowering your mind 

Individual therapy and group therapy

Objectives and Results:

 

The participants will receive an individualized process according to their specific needs and wishes.

 

Temporary Strip: From February to March. 2 months

 

Individual Therapy: 8 sessions One individual session per week for 8 weeks.

 

Group Therapy:

8 sessions Once a week for 8 weeks Group topics included but not limited to:

  • Self-esteem-self-esteem

  • Depression

  • Anger management

  • Domestic violence

  • Anxiety

  • Coping Skills (Leadership, assertive communication, RAC, Teamwork)

  • Emotion management

 

 

Incentives:

  • Welcome gift: Cloth bag, notebook and pencil.

  • Refreshment during group sessions

  • Optional: Access to additional learning opportunities through the support of volunteers when there is availability.

Phase 2: Empowering your life 

Life skills and Human Rights

Objectives and Results:

Increase the critical thinking of the participants, improve their independence and their way of healthy communication.

 

Temporary Strip:

From April to May

 

Topics to talk about:

  • Building Trust and Self-Consciousness

  • Prevention of violence

  • Knowledge of human rights

  • Sex education

  • Communicative skills

Phase 2: Empowering your life 

Work skills

Objectives and Results:

Promote the development of key professional skills, through the creation of learning opportunities and work experiences for professional development and employment opportunities.

 

Temporary Strip:

From June to July 10 weeks, once a week with sessions of 2 practical hours and 2 contact hours.

  • Knowledge of the Labor Market Creation of the Curriculum Vitae Job interview Teamwork

  • Business plan

  • Labor rights

  • Computer

  • Skills Internship

Socio-educational Group

Temporary Strip:

Permanent. Every Friday at 2:00 p.m.
